A Fundraiser to Benefit Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
EVENT
The 5th Annual JDRF Exhale Fall Charity Ride is a dirt road and paved road cycling event that travels through scenic Metamora, Michigan. The event is a fundraiser to raise awareness and donations supporting Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International (JDRF).Since its inception, the Exhale Ride has donated 100% of all proceeds to JDRF. Riders4Research and Team o2 have received JDRF Achievement Awards annually for their fundraising efforts.
As always, the goal of the JDRF Exhale Ride is to seek donations and raise awareness for juvenile diabetes. All donations are greatly appreciated and Riders4Research thanks you for your support.
TO PARTICIPATE
You can participate in two ways:Join the ride. Register in advance online or in person at least 30 minutes prior to ride. First 50 riders to pre-register online get a free Riders4Research water bottle. $20 minimium donation. Kids age 12 and under ride free.
Sponsor a rider. Riders and non-riders alike are encouraged to donate to a great cause. All donations are appreciated.

COURSES / START TIMES
Note - Helmets mandatory for all paved and dirt road ridesDirt Road Ride
- 10:00am - Challenging 40-mile loop for those who want to go the distance
- 11:00am - 20-mile loop for those who'd like to see the sights
- Anytime - 5-mile casual loop for kids of all ages
Paved Road Ride
- 8:00am 20-100 mile loops
- Alternate ride for road warriors
- (But the dirt road is recommended)
- All paved roads open to traffic
